I bought this vehicle in August of 2023 with 96,000 miles. It now has 120,000. It’s exactly what I wanted besides being used to the 03-06 interior I had in my 1500 for the last 18 years, so I am on the hunt for a new one. Thinking I was going to keep this for the rest of my life, I went ahead and fixed, updated and maintained just about everything I could. Just passed emissions and has current tags.

These things are awesome and super fun to drive. 8.1 liter Vortec with the 4.10 gears, yet you can still get 14mpg if you’re lucky. LT Trim equipped with all leather and seat heaters. I upgraded the speakers and stereo and put in a new head unit display with car play and a back up camera. It also has a remote start and alarm system.

The vehicle spent its whole life in CA so there is zero rust anywhere. However, I did buy it with a salvaged title as it was stolen and recovered there. It has never been in an accident. I purchased it from South Dakota from a small dealer specializing in low miles Chevy. This wasn’t a problem for me as I planned to keep it forever.

I fixed a few big ticket items with the transfer case being the biggest. This was replaced in March of 2024 with a Jasper reman for about $2600.

As I said I have a stack of papers from the rest of the work completed:

Brake fluid replacement
Belt, serpentine and ac replaced
New AC compressor and hoses
O2 sensors
Fuel Filter
Transmission fluid and filter
Master brake cylinder
Abs module rebuild
Replaced Exhaust manifold gasket
New Fuel Pump
Replaced pitman and idler arms and tie rods
Replaced engine mounts
Just replaced brakes and rotors
Just did oil change

Total spent was about $12,000. Speakers, head unit, back up camera, remote start and alarm alone were $2,700.

The only thing it needs right now are Catalytic converters even though the guy I bought it from had just replaced them. Not sure why they are throwing the code. After spending what I have I never bothered to replace them as it is not affecting how it drives.

It was just detailed inside and out and looks really good. Couple small scuffs here and there but overall the paint is in great condition. Original wheels come with it. Give me a call if you have any questions or would like to come take a look. Thanks. Seven eight one - eight 2 O - four two six 8
