Looking to Sell my 2007 Subaru WRX Limited, Automatic Transmission 147k Miles. The car is in fair condition but has sat for quite some time and needs work.

Asking $7000

Pros-
Tires are still in really good condition.
Driveable
After market spoiler
After market paint Job by Maaco.
All electronics working, after market radio installed.
Clean Title, Washington State Registration, Vin Verification paperwork on hand.
Brand new Brake Pads and Rotors
New Thermostat put in.
Radiator was changed at 120k Miles
O2 Sensor has been replaced along with the air pump.
Super Reliable still gets good gas mileage.

Cons-
Check engine light is on and does flash Code Reading: PO302, having issues with cylinder #2. FAILED emissions due to this.
Lower Radiator hose leak.
Front right Strut making noise on bumps needs replacement.
Trunk Latch does not work but key can open trunk.
