A small family-owned business is seeking a part-time, bilingual customer service representative.
The position will be hybrid work after a 1-month training period at our Westminster Office.
Applicants will work one day per week in the office.
Candidates need to have sufficient internet speed for a phone extension that connects to our cloud-based phone system.
Qualified candidates must work effectively with culturally diverse people who will be court-ordered to attend Live, Facilitator Led classes.
Applicants must be fully bilingual (English and Spanish), and have a minimum of two years of customer service experience. Ability to work well in a team environment.
Excellent phone, organization skills, and great attention to detail are required. Ability to remain calm and courteous when handling difficult calls and requests.
Excellent verbal and listening skills to provide courteous and professional customer service.
Candidates must be reliable, able to work independently, be punctual, use critical thinking skills, and have good energy.
Weekly Client Recruitment will be required.
Some college education preferred good computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. Familiarity with Zoom is a plus.
Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM for a total of 28 hours per week.
The rate is $22/hour.
