Local Septic Pumping Company in Evergreen CO is looking for a full-time scheduler to schedule our Pumping routes.
Qualifications must have:
*Live within 30 minutes of office location, dependable transportation, and good mountain drive skills.
* 2 years min. experience as a scheduler
* Great customer service, good phone voice, and enjoys working with people.
*detailed oriented (follows instructions and procedures.)
*Independent worker, can work alone, self motivated, doesn’t have to be told what to do.
*Multitasker- will be assisting with marketing, customer calls, updating records.(Small office so must be willing to help if needed)
*Must know service area locations.

Technologies skills:
*Two line phone system, desktop computer, excel knowledge, outlook, windows. Good computer and phone skills. Able to talk, text, send files, maps, speed and accuracy.
