Pioneer Granite & Quartz is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Project Coordinator to
oversee residential and commercial stone fabrication and installation projects from contract through
completion.*****
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of project coordination, construction administration, customer service, or related
experience.****
• Granite, quartz, remodeling, or construction experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Professional attitude and ability to multitask.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Coordinate projects from contract through completion.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, installers, and management.
• Schedule templates, fabrication, deliveries, and installations.
• Verify job details and material selections.
• Monitor timelines and maintain project documentation.
• Resolve scheduling issues and customer concerns.
• Assist with change orders and project updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
