We’re a fast-growing event rental company looking for someone who can handle both customer-facing work and detailed behind-the-scenes execution without things slipping through the cracks.
This is not just a passive admin role. You’ll be interacting with customers by phone, email, and in-person, managing orders, and ensuring accuracy — while also supporting our decor, linen, and tableware department.
If you struggle with details, organization, or switching between tasks, this will not be a good fit.
What You’ll Do
- Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries
- Build and send quotes, create custom tent diagrams, edit orders, and manage reservations
- Lead showroom appointments and guide customers through rental options
- Maintain accuracy across all orders and customer communications
- Assist with pulling, cleaning, organizing, and restocking linens, decor, and tableware
- Order linens, decor, tableware, and other supplies as needed
- Wash and polish dishes and rental items to company standards
- Support administrative and marketing tasks as needed
- Exceptional attention to detail — small mistakes create big problems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing track of anything
- Very strong communication skills and confidence working with customers
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Willingness to move between desk work and hands-on tasks
- High level of ownership and reliability
- Background checks are conducted for all candidates
- Random drug testing may be conducted during employment
- Previous administrative/computer-based experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to work primarily onsite in Denver
- Occasional remote days may be available when workload allows
- Starting pay: $25/hour
