A key responsibility we are looking for is service, installation, repair and giving instructions on the bean-to-cup coffee machines at our customers locations. You will perform routine preventative maintenance and deep cleaning of bean to cup coffee equipment. You need to diagnose and repair mechanical, water, electrical and software-related issues. We require accurate service records, reports and part inventory usage.
Required Qualifications: 2 years' experience in Customer field service/sales. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
