Bear Creek Auto Glass has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative/Office Administrator to join our team. We are seeking a hard-working, organized and responsible individual with exceptional attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and email service inquiries
• Provide product/services information
• Processing orders and quotes in a timely manner with attention to detail
• Schedule appointments for in-shop and mobile windshield replacement/repairs
• Manage any issues that arise and provide appropriate solutions
• Friendly and professional contact with customers and vendors
• Keep office and common areas clean and presentable
• Order parts and materials
• Basic filing and other administrative duties as requested
• Process daily payments for products and services
• Manage insurance claims
The skills needed are:
• Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and through email
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work with a deadline every day
• General computer skills
• Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to perform basic math
