Contract to Hire
Located in Aurora
Call volume handles both tech issues and billing issues.
Average calls focus around missing or damaged items in orders, with calls related to refund delays.
Sometimes, there are spikes, call drivers or special projects that require agents have the ability to change tracks quickly.
Agents may be assigned to Email or Voice.
Requests will also come in, dedicating agents to contact customers regarding specific situations that may affect their orders or accounts.
Detailed notes are mandatory, covering the cause of their contact with the customer and the resulting of the interaction.
Throughout the day, depending on the requirements of the business, agent may be asked to change their focus between two of the three main channels or special projects.
There are SET SCHEDULES after training - agents must commit to the training they sign up for upon hire date.
Not your typical cubicle call center environment
- 24/7 customizes the work space based on their campaign.
Each CSR will have their own desk space, computer, and phone. They sit in a open space with no desk walls so it's very collaborative and team based.
Casual dress code, can wear jeans / yoga pants.
- HS diploma or GED
- Call center not necessary. retail / food service / gas station counts as csr exp.
- Must know how to navigate a website
- Someone who has never done online shopping or never spends time on the internet will not do well
- Ability to multitask
- Talk on the phone while using the computer
