Once a customer places an order with Tagawa Greenhouse Enterprises, the Account Services Department handles communication, paperwork, updates/changes, and administration of the order to the moment it arrives with the customer. This includes any customer special requests, changes to their orders, status of their products, problems that may arise when growing their product, shortages, substitutions, and issues with quality once the product arrives. As an Account Service Assistant, you will assist with providing excellent customer service to our clients. This includes communications of ETA, processing order paperwork, and helping to administer the information within our systems at the Greenhouse. An ideal candidate would have a positive attitude when faced with a customer, and maintain professional relationships with clients, internal greenhouse teams, vendors, customers, and coworkers and have some experience dealing with customers over the phone.
