We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive prompt, professional service.
Responsibilities:
* Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
* Schedule service appointments accurately and in a timely manner
* Respond to incoming emails or direct them to the appropriate team members
* Maintain and update customer information in our operating system
* Support overall office operations and help ensure system accuracy and integrity
* Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively
Schedule:
* Primarily evening hours and weekends
* Flexibility may be required based on business needs
Qualifications:
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Customer service experience preferred
* Bilingual skills are a plus
* Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required
