Looking for someone who knows their way around firmware and smart home devices. My door camera stopped working correctly, and from what I've been told, it may be a firmware issue rather than a hardware failure.
I'm not looking for a full redesign or anything complicated—just someone who can take a look, diagnose the problem, and hopefully get it back up and running.
