Looking for Podcast Intern for new Show Offline Daze

I can pay in a few new golf polos/golf hats to start but don't have the budget yet for actual compensation. This podcast is about how life was much better pre internet from two 80s kids perspectives. We are two comedian's looking to get into the podcast space and already have the equipment along with a subscription to the podcast platform riversidefm. We are recording from separate spaces but both live in the Denver area. Some of the things we are looking for are listed below so please reach out if interested and maybe we can grab a coffee.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the research and development of podcast episodes
Help with pre-production tasks like booking guests and coordinating schedules
Provide support during recording sessions (remote or in-person)
Edit audio files and assist with post-production processes
Contribute ideas to improve show content and structure
Promote the podcast through social media and other marketing channels
Requirements:
A keen interest in podcasts and audio production
Basic knowledge of podcasting software (we are using riversidefm to start)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
A passion for storytelling and a desire to learn about the podcast industry
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):
Experience with social media content creation and marketing
Familiarity with audio equipment and sound mixing
Graphic design or video editing experience
