Yes! After two decades of living in a very miserable condition., here I am in my own posh apartment. Two years clean but still a lifetime to go. I don't have a vehicle but I can really use some household appliances a dresser chest of drawers I didn't have no sofa. But I did for the first time in my 46 years go and purchase a brand new mattress 🤯
