The cams produce the patterns as in the fabric-see photo. The fabric in the photo is medium thickness, but the machine can sew different thickness of fabrics- cotton, polyester, denim etc.
The arms can flip so you can sew sleeves, pants, beanies, socks, related DYI projects easily.
