If you’ve been collecting for a while now then you also know that the quality of bourbon has dropped dramatically in the last 5 years. With brands like Elijah Craig being the most noticeable. Bottles that used to be aged 12 years and sold at a reasonable price are now sold without an age statement for more money. Sadly this inferior juice is barely drinkable. With only shallow tasting notes and even worse sniffing notes. The piss they sell now doesn’t hold up.
But this bottle will re-invigorate your passion for bourbon.
Make a reasonable offer. You’ll know you’ve come close when you have to ask your wife for permission.
If you contact me to tell me you can find it for a few hundred dollars then by all means go buy that one. Good luck. I’ve done the research and know that you will never see this bottle again and cannot find it anywhere. So when you’re ready to stop crying, either pay me what it’s worth or do the hard work to locate another one on your own. What all the cry babies don’t seem to understand is just how hard it is to chase these ultra rare bottles down and actually get one in your hands. If it is so easy to find, go get your own.
