This is a vintage Skilcraft U.S. Government pencil. It measures 6" long and holds black lead on one side, and formerly held red lead on the other. It is known as a "Crew Chief" pencil, as it was used by the Crew Chief of U.S. Military aircraft. Comes complete with the pocket clip! $5 show contact info
