1930's-40's, Real Silk hosiery mending kit, used to mend the silk hosiery worn when stockings were scarce. Matchbook style, it contains wax sticks to stop runs and real silk thread. It even has the name and address of the young lady it belonged to. Obviously, it was considered precious!
