Superintendent / Project Manager position available for established Residential Construction Company in Littleton Colorado.
Job Purpose: Provide daily project management for our projects around the Littleton / Highlands Ranch area.
Duties include but are not limited to, scheduling, coordination with our office staff & employees in the field, coordination with clients, daily man hour tracking, daily material tracking, purchasing of materials for projects, project supervision, etc...
Skills/Qualification: Must have a general understanding of Residential Construction, Organization, Professionalism, Customer Service, Problem Solving, Reporting and Tracking Skills, etc... This full time position requires a dedicated person that will be reliable every day, Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm.
