B&L Roofing is growing fast, and we’re looking for a high-level Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale our sales team in Colorado.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. We want a leader who can recruit, train, close deals, and drive performance in the field.
💰 Compensation Structure
We offer one of the most competitive pay plans in the industry:
• Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
• Commission Override: 3% – 7% on total team revenue
• Personal Sales Commission: 8% – 12% per deal
• Monthly Bonuses: Based on team performance & KPIs
• Quarterly Bonuses: Revenue milestones & growth targets
• Annual Bonus: Based on company performance
🔥 Realistic Earnings:
• Year 1: $120K – $180K
• Year 2+: $150K – $250K+
🚀 What You’ll Do
• Recruit and build a high-performing roofing sales team
• Train reps on door-to-door, inspections, and closing deals
• Ride along in the field and coach in real-time
• Manage pipeline, leads, and closing ratios using CRM
• Set daily/weekly targets and hold the team accountable
• Help close high-value deals and insurance claims
🧠 What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in sales management (roofing preferred)
• Strong closer with the ability to train others to close
• Experience with insurance claims and storm restoration (preferred)
• Leadership mindset with high standards and accountability
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
