All Seasons Roofing & Restoration is seeking a strong, proven General Manager with roofing/construction industry experience to lead our team, enforce accountability, and scale operations using our established and proven Systems, Processes, Policies, and Procedures.
Job Description:
Oversee all day-to-day operations for the assigned location
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company quality standards
Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and SOPs
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
Manage location-level performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Review job costing, scheduling, and production efficiency
Support budgeting and forecasting efforts
Hire, train, and manage sales, production, and office personnel
Address performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations in accordance with company policy
Promote a professional, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
Support sales team performance and ensure adherence to sales processes
Oversee customer communication and resolve escalated concerns
Maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation
Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and company safety regulations
Maintain required documentation, licenses, and insurance standards
Promote a safety-first culture at all job sites
Maintain accurate reporting through company CRM
Communicate regularly with ownership and executive leadership
Qualifications
Required
5+ years of management or leadership experience in roofing, construction, or restoration
Experience managing teams and operational workflows
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze performance data and take corrective action
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Preferred
Multi-location or branch management experience
Experience with CRM, scheduling, and job costing systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
