I am able to offer a one time Yoga, PT, or Nutrition. My recommendations are stellar, I am a really good at what I do. Read on for those interested. I mean no insult, just don't wish to waste anyones time, as money is something we all must endure.
So, I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I live in Denver Domain area and I am willing to travel to surrounding areas, including south. I have worked out in Denver, Colorado for over 10 years. Meaning, I am very experienced at Weight and Strength Training, Simple and Intense Movements, Hiking and Small Rock Slopes, Cardiovascular Endurance. Furthermore, I am also excellent at Yoga (have been asked a time or two during session whether I am willing to train others). I have trained for years under an amazing instructor named Vali. We spent many years progressing at his art.
Moreover, I have earned my Certification in Sports Nutrition and I have a 500 hour Yoga Certification, which is fantastic as I already know so much about health. Again, I love to work out and I study food in order to prevent chemical dependency on food, and substance abuse resulting in heart problems and more importantly, disease spreading.
I am thrilled to do outdoor and indoor Yoga performance. As for weight training.... I am willing to travel to your home or you may work out in my gym for an additional fee or we may do an outdoor activity gym (which I love most). Seems tough, isn't though.
Keeping as a singleness to show purpose, I also am starting towards a Doctor level degree in Mental Health. Meaning, I am not able to counsel on your mental condition (no licensure). I am however able to help improve overall physical health through certifications which also have knowledge in a great degree involving answers about how to live through exercise and eating properly. Almost through here, I have honors in Kinesiology, Anatomy, Medical Terminology, and Psychology. Lastly, I work part time for some prestigious folks. I am available on a weekly basis, but hurry as time allotments do fill.
So lastly, I would love to help anyone who is suffering and would really like to feel better, improve their ability function, eat proper, and work towards a healthier and happier life.
