7.5 HP Evinrude short shaft; nice clean strong running motor, starts right up and runs great; great motor for small boats or as a kicker; shifts into forward, neutral, reverse smoothly; runs quiet, idles smooth, throttles up with no hesitation and pumps cooling water like it should; stored indoors and annual maintenance performed; low hours. Troll all day on a gallon or two of gas. I'll run it in a tank for you so you can check it out. 3 gallon gas tank and hose included. Stand not included. Good reliable motor. $475.
