This motor has 0.5 hours on it, its brand new; I can confirm hours with mercury vesselview when you come to see it run on the stand. It comes with the controls. Its been hanging out in storage for many years. Starts instantly and purrs like a kitten at idle. Hit it and it roars to life at full power. Clean, fuel efficient four-stroke, fuel-injected motor.
