This is a brand new (new bike take-off from Trek Madone Gen 8) Bontrager Aeolus Comp saddle.
Check around on the internet, and you’ll find that ppl freakin’ love this seat. It’s ultra comfy, it’s light, it’s short, and it creates the very desirable and efficient “hips rolled forward” riding position that modern roadies desire. It has a full-length cutout for unrestricted blood flow, which cutout also makes it lighter than comparable saddles. Definitely an awesome throne of the long miles.
I personally love this saddle too, but my ass is really skinny, so I’ve replaced this one with the 135mm width of the same saddle. This is the 145mm width, which is likely a perfect fit for all but the most narrowest-hipped men, and all but the widest-hipped women. FWIW, my wife loves this saddle on her bike, and Trek markets it as optimized for both male and female anatomies.
Trek wants $110 for these bad boys new from the shop. How does $60 sound?
Drop me a line if you’ve got any questions or wanna take a look. This saddle is ready to go the distance!
