The spokes are Readily available and not stupid expensive.
This is from a very expensive wheel set.
$149 and a couple of spokes and you have a very nice lightweight Fast Aerodynamic wheel.
Spokes installed and wheel truing for only $49!

UN72-3 square taper bottom brackets 68MM shell, 113-118MM width
Ultegra Octalink 68X115-118MM
4X104MM Shimano cranks 170MM
Maybe a cool stem or handlebars
If you obtain the spokes and want it repaired and trued lmk, $79-$99 for labor, $149 for the wheel.
