$49 comes with a Pro Park truing stand Tune up.
And, and it comes Pro Tuned on a Park TS2 shop grade stand, hub will be precision adjusted as well as it is not technically correct to true a wheel with a loose hub bearing and I’m not going to true one and not be able to spin the S___ out of it to drive the chemicals in utilizing the centrifugal effect, this is how one cleans a wheel btw, spin the S___ out of it.
