My husband decided this Renovation project wasn’t for him. Some holes need to be plugged on the side (he has already plugged one from the living well that went through the bottom…and leak checked). See pictures.
Boat needs work from floor upwards ( he installed buoyancy foam under the floor already (not tested and floor not secured down). His “carpet” didn’t go well so that is where you’ll have to start.
There is steering cables already run.
It comes with a motor that we felt was too powerful for the boat. It is in an unknown condition. There is an option to buy a second motor that we had bought for it that is a 25HP for $450 more (Both are two stroke)

My husband has some extra stuff (side buoyed, seats, etc) that he’ll throw in.
For storage purposes: the current mounted motor sticks out 15” passed the end of the boat.
