2007 Campion 542 Explorer Sport Utility 18' Boat for sale in Excellent condition w/Yamaha 150 four stroke low hours (just over 275 hours) for Sale. Outboard just had recent service (oil and new impeller).
A true Sport Utility Boat! Great offshore or inshore or freshwater!!! Engine freshwater flushed after every use and boat washed down. Boat cleaned after every extended use. Get compliments on the boat everywhere I go. Spent almost all it's life in Minneaopolis being used a few times a year to get to an off Grid Cabin, stored in heated garage, still has original cover! Full canvas cover and rear cover with windows (new).
Full lit up dash and compass, with headlights/docking lights. Cubby can seat or sleep, porta potty could go under middle section if desired.
Boat does amazing Offshore, Inshore, or Lakes/Rivers. Fish anywher, enjoy the Sandbars, Cruise with family and friends, or Ski, Tube, Waveboard, etc. Cuddy is great for getting out of the sun or bad weather, large hatch for great airflow. Could put a porta potty in there. Canopy is great and side and back curtains have never been used.
Boat burns about 8 GPH at 28 mph loaded with full fuel and great in 1.5 ish seas at 4500 RPM. I've gone out fishing offshore and used 5 to 8 gallons of fuel. Super fuel efficient. Fully confident in this boats offshore capabilities as the intended design usage. Boat designed and build in BC for coastal conditions by largest boat manufacturer in Canada. Fiberglass and Kevlar - No WOOD.
Ski, Tube, Wakeboard, Fish, Cruise, Sandbar, Explore, Camp, Overnight, etc. Live well, Bait Well, Fish Box. Self bailing deck, scruppers in stern. Toe Rails and tall gunwales for security. Removable back seats and backrests. All Fiberglass and Kevlar construction (no wood). Built for lake and coastal cruising can handle worse conditions than most boats this size.
Folding passenger seat turns into lounger. Rear seats removalable for more fishing area, and rear seat backrests are removal as well.
Back bracket for kicker or trolling motor. Have 62 lb thrust trolling motor with "smart" deep cycle new battery for additional cost.
Hi Tech Aluminum Dual Axle Trailer. Great heavy duty trailer - overkill for this boat but better than too light. Lights all work. New hitch assembly.
Excellent condition. Tops out at ~50mph, runs smooth and easy at 30mph. Three extra props, new or newer condition. New Garmin Echomap UHD 73 SV (not shown in photos) with Navionics and with full NMEA 2000 backbone and systems installed (fuel consumption, hours, gallons of fuel, etc). Have skis, wakeboard (3 sets of boots), tube, harness, and ropes.
Have three extra props of different sizes and one stainless. True turn key boat. Gonna miss it and might regret selling this special "do-it-all" boat. Get tons of compliments on the boat from rental guys, locals, police/game wardens, and people at the gas station. Only Non-Ethanol fuel used.
Selling b/c bought a live aboard boat and don't need two boats.
