We purchased this to do some coastal cruising around Florida and maybe a trip out to the Marquesas key, but work has changed that plan.
This boat was purchased and owned by a single couple from whom we purchased the boat.
It's only been used in fresh water in Colorado, Utah, and Arizona.
It is a Colorado boat, which means it gets used about 70% or less than those in warmer climates.
It spent it's life covered with the sails mainly in the garage as they sailed for a few years and then just used it as a cruising boat on reservoirs and lakes.
It isn't new, but it is in really good shape and ready to be exercised properly as a sailboat!
We've cleaned her up, test everything, and replaced those items of any concern.
The tires/wheels are new and super road worthy, so come from far away and other your time to trailer it home, you have a boat used much less than others it's same age in warmer climates or coastal saltwater boats.
It has everything you would expect on a 26X and is just ready for gear and gumption!

Sails look fantastic as they were only used a couple of years of it's life.
We are willing to take offers as we would like to sell it so we can focus back on work for the next couple years.
