Great Small Concrete, Fencing, or Caisson Business Opportunity 2004 KDK Gooseneck 18’ Deck 14,000 lb GVW Flatbed Trailer paired with a fully operational Hydraulic Mortar Mixer system on the tail end, which is a Model 12SH Crown Decorative Curb Making Machine. This set up is for a 3 stage operation. Stage 1 is a forklift accessible 7’ x 7’ deck area for carrying pallets of bagged concrete or mortar mix, stage 2 is the 9’ x 7’ material hopper deck with 2’ tall sides for loading sand and pea gravel into, stage 3 is the fully hydraulic material mixing area. Concrete mixer hydraulics are powered by a Honda GX 390 13 hp gas engine paired with a hydraulic pump and reservoir package. Setup comes with various additional equipment including a complete spare mixing auger, several concrete pattern rollers, and a few other handy items.
