Update: brand new water heater and pump! This is my own food truck design that I only used for the latter half of the last season. We are probably going to leave the area this summer so I figured I would see if anyone is intetested in taking it over before I figure out how to tow it with us. It is a Freightliner 1998 MT45 truck that is fully outfitted with flat top, oven, stove, 40lb fryer, fry warmer, steam table, reach in fridge, electrofreeze slx 600 (this machine retails over 40K by itself), water tank and pump system, pot/pan sink, handwashing sink, water heater, fully certified fire suppression system, 2 propane tanks, 1 propane 6000W generator, 1 gas 7000W generator. I could help guide a new owner to some extent and would be willing to provide recipes if continuing the same offerings. This will be an all or nothing purchase, I am not taking it apart to sell a la carte.
