Condition:
This Baxter rotating Rack Oven is in Very good condition both functionally and cosmetically. This Rack Oven was acquired from a local private school that recently closed. It was used sparingly and always maintained under a service agreement. It has been fully cleaned serviced and tested and functions perfectly without any issues, whatsoever. As with all pre-owned equipment there may be some minor cosmetic imperfections such as surface scratches and minor blemishes. If any exist, they are minor in nature and in no way affect the performance.

The Baxter OV310G mini rotating rack oven accommodates eight pans held on an interior rack, which is removable to simplify cleaning. It's equipped with two doors, which open independently. These doors have glass panels that enable users to monitor products visually.
The rotating interior rack of the Baxter OV310G oven provides even product heating and retains heat in the cabinet because users don't have to open the door to rotate pans. This oven creates steam, which is a useful addition for bakeries. It's constructed of stainless steel, so it withstands frequent use in a commercial environment.
