Have a pretty nice barely used camper. I bought it from my ex's family who took it out once, was parked in front of they're house for a few years after. Has hail damage, needs new awning fabric and the water heater has a leak. Other than that it's solid, fridge still has its protective plastic peel on it, stove and oven have never been used but work fine, heat and A/C works great, has a 2 zone (interior and exterior speakers) sterio with Bluetooth and auxiliary.

New water heater is around $400
New awning is around $200

Looking to possibly sell it or make a trade.
Looking for 13k if I fix the couple things it needs before it goes the price will go up to 15000.
