The city mini stroller has been heavily used. I would say. This is my favorite stroller out of all of them. If you do have the finances, go ahead and kiss yourself a new one if you're going to use it for several years. Kids like to hang out and there until they're like 4:00 or 5:00. But if you do want something to just get started and you have 10 bucks this one can be yours
