The crib (all white) we originally bought for $199 and ended up not using it for our baby because we went right to a floor bed from the bassinet. Though it hasn't been used, it's been disassembled and moved with us to a new house so there are a couple of bangs and scuffs - nothing substantial. We don't have a mattress or anything to sell with it. All the hardware is taped to one of the pieces - it's currently disassembled and ready to go home with you!

The crib is convertible - it says on Amazon if you buy some pieces you can upgrade it to a toddler bed and then a full bed. I've linked the Amazon listing below so you can see the features.
