The hanger is in good shape with a ground lease from centennial. Price out the purchase of a hangar, a Garmin equipped T210 and this is priced for a quick sale. Looking for a higher time pilot with retract time to keep insurance rates low. Possible 1/4 or 1/3 share possible.
