It clips on to the bulb and measures 7" tall, 10" across the bottom and 6" across the top.
It is in overall good vintage condition, there are no cracks in the plastic, very minor age appropriate scuffs that are not distracting in my opinion. Minor yellowing on the inside.
In some of the pictures you see a small gray dot. That is on my camera lens, not the shade.
