Sunbeam electric lawnmowers have not been produced for decades and are no longer available for purchase new. The original corded electric models were primarily manufactured between the 1950s and 1960s, a period when the company diversified from its popular small kitchen appliances.
Corded operation: The mowers were powered by a 110-volt engine and required a long extension cord. An adjustable, pivoting handle allowed users to reverse direction without turning the entire mower, helping to prevent running over the cord..., they exist only as vintage collector's items.
