Very likely Aladdin/Thermalware Jar, used to keep beverages hot or cold years ago. It looks like it has been spray painted silver, there are no identifying marks that I can see. It still has the drinking cup top with the disc with rubber liner that kept it from leaking. The metal handle is still attached to the top and very sturdy. The ceramic interior is in tact. Some rust. This is a very heavy piece!
