Small sugar bowl, about 2" x 3", cobalt blue outside, white inside, labelled John O'Groats. This is the name of a small village in the NE of Scotland, about 790 miles from London. It was made in the far south of England, by the New Devon Pottery Company in Newton Abbey. It is in perfect condition and was bought many years ago.
