This old "brick" is likely from the late 19th century or early 20th century. It is an antique Lithographic stone printing block. It is roughly 6"x4"x3" and quite heavy, weighing about 7 pounds. Rectangular shaped, it features a large brick building on one side that has a sign on top, "Cole" and a logo that says, "Build With Brick". No location is mentioned and the reverse side only has a number for the brick, #V283. There are two smooth flat sides and the other four sides are like fairly smooth stone.
This is definitely an historic American advertising piece!
