I own a house in denver near lakewood like west denver. It was under contract for 392 in November and that fell through becsuse of the bank so apparently no its condemned for being absolutely destroyed somehow inside and out. I am the owner of the house and not the bank. I need all of the copper wire stripped of the home tonbe sold for scrap. You keep half I keep half. There is no power on atthe house. You will need tools such as battery sawsall and others.
