I was told that when it was running before that it was a little loud, but that it worked great. I unfortunately am unable to turn it on for you to test, as it requires a 220 V outlet and I don't have one to hook it up to.
It comes with a expandable ducting tube with a 2x2 ceiling grid to vent it up to the plenum of a 2x2 ceiling tile or elsewhere. It also comes with the original instruction manual.
This unit goes for about $8,000 new, so this is half price.
It is currently sitting in my office so you would need to schedule to pick it up from my office off of Colorado Blvd and I-25. I could wheel it down to the curb when you arrive and try to help load it on your truck. But you will want to bring a ramp or something to load it on the truck because while it does have wheels, the thing weighs over 400 lbs and is very large, so it is not easy to lift up.
