Super easy to use countertop dish washer unit. Fill up with water using provided pitcher, & make sure the drain tube is in the sink or into any container you want the water to drain into. I only used this item for 1 year & have since moved into a place with a full size washer. I never had any issues with this dish washer, it always left my dishes very clean.
