I recently decided to switch to an espresso machine with built-in bean storage and a burr grinder, and have not used this device since. I cleaned it thoroughly, and it looks almost identical to when it came out of the box. Don't be intimidated by the buttons and LCD screen. It's really easy to dial in the coarseness or fineness of the grind you want. Adjusting the settings is really intuitive, and the knob on the side allows for precise control.
