This vacuum is a few years old and recently started acting up. After being fully charged when I use it the vacuum will run for about 5 minutes and then it will turn off, like the battery is dead. You can turn it back on, and it will run for a few minutes, but the process repeats itself. So the battery seems to be okay, but something is triggering the vacuum to turn itself off every so often. I'm not a person who is good at fixing stuff, so I've given up on it. It may be a simple solution, it may be a permanent problem, I don't know. Maybe it needs a new battery. If you are a person who likes to tinker and needs a vacuum, maybe you can solve this and have one for cheap. Other than the fact that it turns off repeatedly while using it (which means that it takes a little longer to complete the task and annoys me) the vacuum is great. It is lightweight, easy to maneuver, does a great job picking up dirt and dust and gets into all the littlest spots. Comes with the vacuum and charger, a crevice tool attachment, and a wall mount to hang it when it isn't in use.
