Looking for someone quiet, clean, drama free. No guest allowed. No animals allowed. Kitchen will be shared and limited to 7am-10pm use only. Laundry on site. First, last month and security deposit required upon move in. You will be sharing the house with 2 other roommates 95% of the time.
