The house is three bedrooms but there are two rooms on the lower level that make nice additional bedrooms. On the same lower level is a full bath with a small jetted spa tub. Evergreen is always 10-15 degrees cooler in the summer than Denver and the house’s lower level can add additional relief. There is electric baseboard heating throughout the house, an elegant romantic warm propane fireplace-insert in the living room and a cost savings pellet stove in the lower level. There is also a private well and septic system.
All the roads are paved to your garage and the house is on a well plowed school bus route. The school bus picks up students at the top of the driveway to take your children to some of best schools in the state. The driveway is southern facing for good snow melt. For many years I commuted to and from the city in my rear wheel-drive BMW with studded snow tires. Having an ATV with a snowplow is helpful but not required. The beautiful commute into Denver using North Turkey Creek is only about 30 minutes. Evergreen Lake and downtown are close by.
The oversized garage measures 24’x24’ ft. The mature 2” thick redwood decks off the front, back and sides of the house adds over an additional 600 sq ft.
