We are seeking a kind, organized, and dependable Care Manager / House Manager and possibly caregiver to support our grandparents, a wonderful couple in their mid-90s, who live independently in the beautiful Park Hill neighborhood. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, keeping a household running smoothly, and providing meaningful companionship.
This is focused on coordinating and management role and may also be a hands-on caregiver position— perfect for someone with strong organization, communication, and people skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule in-home caregivers, medical appointments, medical care plans
Provide daily check-ins and morning orientation with the grandparents, review calendar, etc.
Oversee household needs: groceries, light errands, supplies, laundry coordination, and general home organization
Accompany or arrange transportation for social outings (e.g., book club, small family gatherings, community events), and social interaction
Maintain communication with family care team and the caregiving agency
Foster a calm, supportive environment and build friendly rapport with both grandparents
Possibly caregiving shifts
Ideal Candidate
Experience in home care management, senior support, CNA, or related caregiving coordination preferred — but not required if you have strong relevant skills
Excellent communication, reliability, and organizational habits
Compassionate and patient, with genuine respect for elders and family dynamics
Comfortable navigating appointments, schedules, and logistics
Can maintain professional boundaries while offering friendly companionship
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time or part-time hours available, depending on fit
Live-in 2br apartment option available in exchange for partial housing trade or discounted rent (Park Hill is one of Denver’s most desirable neighborhoods)
Hourly compensation commensurate with experience
Flexible start date in November
